This truly amazing dress made by Tamzin has been exhibited in Vintage Vision window to advertise the Welsh Warrior Festival which is being held in Abergavenny today (Saturday). Controversial X-Factor finalist Katie Waissel will be heading the bill and wearing this beautiful dress at the event which is being held in Abergavenny's Bailey Park and Vintage Vision wish the organisers every success with the venture.
