Welcome to Vintage Vision!

Hi my name is Marion and I have been a volunteer at the Vintage Vision shop in Abergavenny since October, 2009. Vintage Vision provides women with an opportunity to share their knowledge, develop confidence and new skills, and access training and work experience, through sourcing, repairing and marketing vintage and retro clothing.






We have a gorgeous shop selling lots of beautiful and very reasonable vintage clothes and accessories. We also run sewing and re- styling classes. Vintage Vision is a social enterprise which means that we put any profit that we make goes into supporting the project.



I would wholeheartedly recommend volunteering at Vintage Vision to anyone who like me has recently retired, women who just need company and anyone who would like to learn new knitting and sewing skills.



Since last October I have made a great number of new friends and have gained a lot of pleasure from my time in the shop. The range of vintage clothing is excellent and always changing so you never know what you are going to find for sale, for repair or often just for amusement when trying on!
